Pizza Hut - West Valley City

Ordered from this place and they totally forgot the extra marinara sauce and the sodas I ordered. They said they was gonna send some out to bring the sodas they forgot. That was four hours ago and still no sodas. I don?t usually order from Pizza Hutbecause it?s more expensive than other chains. Lesson learned. Next time I?ll save my money and order domino?s.

Picked up a large supreme pizza tonight it was terrible. They put the cheese down first, then marinara then the toppings. Because it was in that order the cheese didn't melt I tried to pick up a slice all the toppings marinara just slipped off.Told them about it they said they can give me $5 store credit. Are you serious? What am I gonna do with that? Buy a 2 liter?Smh???????????

Delivered wrong pizza, called 4 times and hung up on after hold on automated, finally got a human, but sounded like an entitled teenager who had no customer service skills whatsoever. Not even a sorry for the error, but was perfectly fine saying we willsend you out another pizza, but you have to pay for it. I know food service is a difficult business, but your customers takecare of you, take care of them. I will drive to the Pizza Hut down the street closer to me rather order delivery from thislocation again.

We originally ordered from Domino's...They canceled our order without telling us, so at 9:45 PM we decided to get Pizza Hut. They got the pizzas to us within a reasonable amount of time and it was perfect!! Thank you for salvaging what was left of ourFriday Night!

Placed an order for lunch, scheduled a time for pickup. Realised we needed it a little earlier so called 3 TIMES to try and insure it would be ready on time. No answer. When I arrived, I sat for over 10 minutes. No one came to greet, or give anupdate. When some one finally did come out, the order was indeed ready, but no customer service at all. Pizza Hut is one of myfavorite pizza places, but will definitely avoid the location in the future.
