Kfc - West Valley City

Ordering went fine or so I thought. As I pull around to drive up window the young man was cleaning off my drink cup with his shirt. Belly exposed. When he handed out the drink he also did not give me the drink I ordered. The chicken legs were both broken. When I picked it up out of the box, the bulk of the leg fell on the ground.

Food sucks. The colonel would freak out. Way overpriced

Customer service is key. The young man who served was absolutely wonderful.

Ordered online. Was told that food would be ready in 20 minutes. Took over half an hour after arriving to get my family meal. They told me they forgot to drop the chicken 20 minutes after I arrived, and they were rude and made NO compensation towards their total lack of care or delay. I spend over $50 on food and had to wait around an hour to get it. Rude service and incompetent workers... worst KFC in the world.Food done after 9:00.

I picked up three chicken tenders à la carte. Not a combo meal, so no drink and no side. It was $7.99 for just three chicken tenders. I’m pretty good at visually estimating protein and I think I got about 4 or 5 ounces of chicken. So that balances out to about $28-$32 per pound for chicken at a fast food restaurant. Pretty crazy. The staff was super nice and the chicken tenders were hot fresh and very good when I got them. It’s just the prices are insane.
