Alberto's Mexican Food - West Slope

I bought a chile relleno burrito the other day here. It cost about $12.25. It was very small and not worth that much money. It was the size to feed a child not a man. They do not put very much beans in the burrito but put more rice. I had asked to put some more bean and they did not listen. I called more than once and the manager/owner has never called me back. I will not go back to this Mexican restaurant. I have ordered the same burrito at another Mexican restaurant called Castaneda's and their burrito is much larger for about the same price. Restaurant owners need to pay attention to their customers or they will not come back... Richard

I had the taquitos, they where really good. Staff was friendly and nice to recommend a combo for a few dollar more. They has a salsa bar with 4 different kinds. A good spot to eat if you enjoy traditional fast Mexican food.

The carne asada meat for the burrito has too much fatty tissue, which makes it terrible trying to eat.

Gotta be at the absolute bottom of Mexican food in the HD. AWFUL!

The food was just ok. It wasn't that hot and I couldn't even see the cheese enchilada and beans because it was covered with so much lettuce. My daughter said it was hard to eat because of no taste. It was our first time there today so we ordered one plate to share to be on the safe side then went somewhere else after. It could be hotter and they should put the lettuce on the side.
