Tim Hortons - West Seneca

I went in , first I seen a sign for a tea latte and order that with a coffee , she says what is a tea latte ? I said I don't know that's what your sign says ? Then after that I get the tea but not my coffee after 2 people after me get there stuff I finally spoke up and said I think you forgot my coffee ? So the nice cashier says what did u order after repeating myself twice the worker named Emma says ask her what she orderd very snotty to her , I said I did tell her and the Emma yells at me and says do you want us to make your coffee or not ? I said excuse me are u yelling at me and she puts her hands up in the air and says never mind .

This one is always my favorite to go to, amazing staff who are always very nice an helpful, always get my order correct as well.

My favorite tims. breakfast sandwiches and coffee are consistent as I like it!

These are the best tim hortons! I'll go there every morning and love morning staff. they are full of energy, so much fun and start my morning from right. had never commanded a problem, always correctlylove the morning crew

When we pulled up we heard the young man Jake making the sandwiches complaining about people ordering so much food whatever, we ignored it and continued waiting for our order when they finally gave us our order that same young man Jake came to the drive through window and was very ignorant he stated “ it’s ignorant to order 5 sandwiches the drive through is only to order a coffee and a donut” I can maybe understand if they were super busy but when we first pulled up there was no one behind us and by the time we got our food there was only 2 cars in the drive through. All the young kids that work here need a attitude adjustment. If you don’t like your job get a new one.
