Nick Charlaps Ice Cream - West Seneca

Such a cool little place we randomly found on our way home. Candy and ice cream were delicious and the employees were unbelievably friendly. Highly recommend and thank you for the great service ladies!!! I am not sure how to reply and hope you see this. Yes we went to the west Seneca location around 2 pm and the 2 ladies working were so friendly and made the experience wonderful. I can also tell how extremely passionate the older lady is about her profession. Best service I have had in ages

Always good no matter which place you get it from but this one is my favorite location set up like a classic shop and the flavors are so delicious and so many to choose from

I wanted strawberry icecream. It was neon pink and not a strawberry flavor at all. What did I eat?

Y the website say y’all close at 10pm and when I go there at 9:02pm it’s locked? Fix the hours on google (says it was updated BY CALL 8 weeks ago.. but clearly not cause huh?? the workers saw me pull on the handle and looked down. Pretty disappointed
