Teriyaki Madness - West Sacramento

The amount of meat they give you is incredibly inconsistent. I originally liked coming here because they gave a nice portion for the price, but then it became inconsistent. Sometimes you get a decent amount or they sometimes give you the same small scoop ofchicken regardless of what bowl size you get. So I'm paying more for what? Boring rice? Lately it's been a small amount moreoften then not. Just go to panda express. Won't be coming back.

I went there a couple of months ago...I ordered over $60.00 worth of food thinking it would be exceptional since its a new place. Well unfortunately the customer service was bad. And the food was worst. The noodles were dry and stuck together, same asthe rice. The chicken was dry also and burnt. I was so disappointed. I emailed them to let them know and to get a refund, sincenow a days with the cost of things, buying food that expensive it is supposed to be great quality. They gave me the run aroundand I never got a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!!!!

Excellent Orange chicken. I hot a large bowl and regretted it, because it was LARGE. I had to wait a bit for the order, but it was freshly made. Next time I would go for a regular bowl. This place is not as cheap as Panda, but it's tastier.

I was excited to try it since it is new. Service was good. Not much parking curbside pick up was convenient. Orange chicken was ok but not like Panda. Fried rice was a bit mushy for my taste. Egg roll was good but I didn't care for the crab Rangoon. Imight try the teriyaki next time. Pepsi is always appreciated. I paid 21 or so for a junior size bowl, egg roll 3 crab Rangoonand a Pepsi. Kinda pricey. Quality not worth 21 but that's just my opinion and I'm just me.

The service was excellent, this was our first time visiting any Teriyaki Madness restaurant. All our questions were answered with a smilie and positive attitude. The food was very good, with many options available. Also the restaurant was very clean, wewere impressed ????
