Ihop - West Sacramento

This IHOP has become part of our Christmas tree ???? tradition. We stop by home Depot for Christmas lights and a tree then head over to this IHOP for a hot cocoa and some yummy pancakes ???????????? . Small restaurant, but cute and conveniently located.Staff is incredibly hospitable.

The funny looking shaped mexican female at the register is rude for absolutely no reason I think it?s because I looked better than her. Will not be back to this nonsense place. Oh my fries were cold.

Very rude management. Also, the place was so dirty. While I was dining, they were one of the staff members was wiping the floor with a mop that smelled horrible.

Clean restaurant with decent atmosphere. Service was fast and friendly. Food was what you would expect with ihop nothing to ?wow? over but good for what it is. Coffee is a bit under powering (light roast??? but good and plentiful. Digital menu QRcode was a nice touch though it would be nice if they linked nutritional info to their digital menu (maybe this was a?feature? and not a bug haha .
