Say Cheese! Cheese - West Reading

I’m not one to write reviews like this, but the “service” (or lack there of last night was insane. We had a reservation at 6:30, arrived and were seated outside. Servers walked by our table numerous times(5+ and did not give us water, take our order, or even acknowledge us. After 20 minutes, my husband went inside and just noted to the hostess hey we’re still out here just wanted to make sure we weren’t forgotten about (mind you there were other outside tables- it wasn’t like we were the only people outside and she said yes sorry I’ll have someone right over. Another 15 mins goes by and I went in to see what was going on.. we are not Karen’s or people who complain like this, we get places are understaffed and we are patient—— but this was bizarre. Again the hostess apologized and said someone would be right out. 5 more mins of us sitting with zero service and we left. Absolutely will not be back again. 35 mins and no water or even a hi I’ll be right with you.

First time. Wasn’t thrilled with the French Onion soup. Had a lot better.

Food was yummy and great service. Piano music was sweet too.

Light dinner and a drink on the sidewalk were very nice.

We had brunch here, the food was absolutely delicious. Wish I lived closer- I would come here often!!
