Dunkin' - West Pittston

A very busy spot right next to the major local supermarket. I wanted to try the pumpkin spice latte in my way down to NYC. It wasn?t as good as I expected, too sweet and unnatural in taste. The place was hectic with customers. The bathrooms are lockedand need to be opened by the barista each time.

No bagels, no donuts and no croissants on a Saturday at 11am..... come on

Always a long wait, website states they open at 5am but its not true. They open at 6am at the earliest and I often have to wait 15 mins for them to open then another 15 to get a drink that I may or may not hear called, have had a drink stolen from thecounter because they whisper drink orders.

There are many people coming here in the morning, but they are fast

I love this place. They're always so pleasant. If I had to choose my favorite dunkin in Lucerne County, this would be it. On the other day my son sat and said he wanted a chocolate with wrinkles. Cashier overheard and gave him a donut for free. That's a good employee. Over and beyond. You should keep them. Good employees are hard to come. Especially those like them. Fast friendly service. A crew never lets me down when I come for my coffee. Thank you. Go on!
