Wendy's - West Palm Beach

Both restrooms were closed today no entryway. I was very disappointed they also had old lunch menus up and said they don't serve. Why not take it down. Also I didn't see anyone cleaning dinning room and had little to no customers in the store. Dusting is needed in this store and window washing inside.

The manager Florence (only know because someone else had to tell me her name) just in case that’s not her name she is the black skin tone female woth I believe red hair was super rude because I was asking a question about getting the buy one one get one free chicken sandwich and she kept saying ‘I don’t know the app’ and when I asked if I was going to get it since it’s on my receipt and she got more frustrated and raised her voice. I very politely told her that no one is raising there voice so I don’t know why she is. Then I asked for her name and she knew she was wrong so she ignored me after the 3-4th time me asking she says ‘I don’t have to give you anything’ very rude. This place needs better managers or better training. The other lady working the front I wish I knew her name she is white or Latin I’m not sure but she was super nice and tried to calm the situation Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had made an application to the Intercom system and repeated several times more than twice as I window the dame specified the type of sandwiches and the amount of sand that the dame plotted my good, and it was the wrong price that I had prepared, instead of their mistake with it tried to increase the price instead of honoring my goodwill

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS. But like many other reviews nobody talks over the speaker for 15 mins at least which isn’t the issue here, the issue being they don’t get paid enough to care about whether or not someone’s waiting in line. They should atleast tell you that it’s going go take a while instead of making you wait forever at the order machine. Should be closed down due to the horrendous staffing they have here. me and another car drove off after waiting for 15 mins
