Spruzzo - West Palm Beach

Was told they had no table available for us even though we had a reservation and were celebrating a birthday. Was told a bottle of wine would be sent over for the inconvenience once seated, which never arrived. Once it started raining, the overhang did not provide coverage. We opted to cancel our food order as we our table was soaked and no alternative solution was provided. Overall bad experience would not recommend.

Great spot just way to loud, not able to hear anyone at the table let alone the wait staff or host. Would recommend with caution to the noise level.

Spruzzo is a cool concept, but not enjoyable in the rain. The mechanical roof does not function properly and the entire restaurant was soaked. It was so bad the hotel was handing out towels to guests and they shut the restaurant down. Our food, drinks, and bodies were completely drenched. The staff suggested eating downstairs at proper grit, but they were full to capacity and had no tables.

Poor food, taste and presentation, mediocre service. Will not return.

Delicious food and beautiful views. Sunday afternoon was lovely
