Mcdonald's - West Palm Beach

Drivethru was full, they parked me to wait for command. I gave the wrong order. I was waiting. then I went in to see where I was waiting. they gave me the same wrong order. I'll wait. they came back to me with wrong order. what was so difficult to order? big mac and two cheeseburgers. that's it. what did they want to give me...fish fillet and pommes. very disorganized. similar to mkst business....not enough help.

Food quality is worse. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich the chicken quality is over fried burn out and dry. Stuff behavior also so rude and ruff.

Very DISSAPOINTED! The best thing about McDonalds is their consistency of their fries, well last night, they were so well done, we could not eat them. Yuck!

Just started going to this McDonals because there is no other McDonalds in the area closest to my work area. These people do not listen. I always order 2 breakfast burritos ?, with 2 mild and 2 hot salsa sauce. Cashiers are good, but as soon as you head to the 2nd window they have their hand sticking out with your order. So unprofessional. Everytime I check my bag they never put my sauces in the bag I requested. Then when they give you sauce it's so gross, the packet is dirty. Then when someone is holding the line because it's such a tight space they are yelling at you to go down. Like what's wrong with these staff. If you don't want to work at McDonalds don't apply.

Had an online order was there in 10 min and ended up waiting over 25 min arguing with the manager and employees cause they couldn't find my order that had nuggets and had to go back online to show them the order. Never go here after 9 the staff are not the greatest
