Maison Carlos - West Palm Beach

Enjoyable evening. Very pleasant setting. We particularly enjoyed the paintings on the walls (all from Nantucket artists. Food was good+. Wine list could use a bit of an upgrade, but otherwise we had a very nice night out and will go back.

It was an excellent evening. Carlos and his staff make the entire experience terrific.

Delicious food, excellent attentive service. This will become my regular spot.

Maison Carlos has been one of our favorite restaurants for the last 16 years. It never disappoints. Truly one of the great restaurants where you can actually converse with your friends and HEAR each other. The food is deliciously consistent and b never over priced. We love it!!
