Hook Fish And Chicken - West Palm Beach

Food was very good, seemed fresh, and cooked well. Staff was very friendly, restaurant was clean and tidy. Dining in, the food took quite a while to come out, but was hot. Had the tartar sauce been homemade, I could have given 5 stars... but little packets of tartar... definitely missing an opportunity to shine.

Went for the first time. We were looking for seafood and were pleasantly surprised. Good service. The food was fresh, hot, and a good portion. We're going back next time for chicken tenders and churros.

Would not honor promotion on billboard unless it was mentioned. I also found a spaple on the bread. When I told them about it, they stared at me like a deer looking into headlights. This is the definition of the absence of customer service.
