Casa Borinquen Wpb - West Palm Beach

We love this place. It reminds me of the chinchorros in Puerto Rico. The Mofongo is delish as are the frituras. The alcapurrias alone will fill you. Definitely recommend.

This is indeed a very nice venue and restaurant. The food is delicious. The service and attention are top notch.

The food is excellent. I got takeout and it came very quickly. I will be back.

Appetizers: Krazy Tostones with shredded chicken were good. My husband ordered coconut dhryss an app and mentioned that they were plain. No real flavor. Main Course: The chimichurri quesadilla was salty. Husband ordered 2 pork chops with Mamposteao rice and Todtones. He said the rice and Tostones were excellent but the pork chops could have been better seasoned. Ordered 2 chacoazul drinks that tasted like kool-aid. Not a hint of liquor. The service was mediocre. This was my second visit since the change from Casa Borinquen. Apparently the restaurant is run by a bunch of men now. (Kitchen staff, servers, etc. And it shows. When apps were brought out on both my visits, they were brought with no plates. Additionally, I 've had to ask for napkins each time as well. When you think of latin food, you think Mami, Tía, Abuela, Hermana A woman brings a certain something to the atmosphere that this place certainly lacks.
