Burgerfi - West Palm Beach

When I entered, I was greeted with a friendly hallo. the personal was very patient while I thought about what I wanted (first timer.) while waiting for my food, I noticed that the moral of the personal was high and the people really enjoyed working with each other. they knew how to do the job, but also have fun with it. alone in the service I would return to this place, but then I tried the burger and wow! I have the double speckburger and it was delicious? the speck was crispy, cheese melted perfectly, and the quality of the meat was excellent to other places I tried. I would recommend anyone looking for a fast burger. I'm trying to get her huh next!

Provide an online order for collection. first you should have burbside pickup, because of the place. had to pay for parking, although it literally took 30 seconds to pick up my order. I ordered a sweetburger without cheese and no salt on my frying. I received regular meatburgers with 2 slices American cheese. I'm not enough. since I was already at home, I called the restaurant, manager? rudely interrupted and wondered if I wanted to come back to get the right order. No, I have to pay for the parking lot? Before I got the chance to ask for a refund, he was hanging on me. I called back without answer. there is no cooperating phone number to report these problems. I'm sure I'll never go back to burgerfi. bad customer service. I needed a refund! I don't know you're feeling burger with me.

I don?t know if maybe they?re just having a bad day today but the experience was all over. No beer, no onion rings, the food took forever, one of the burgers came out burnt, and the Ketchup station was all messed up. The good news is that the one burger that was not burnt was absolutely delicious.
