Bidrage med feedbackVery disappointed in open table. Been using you for many years. The restaurant was closed when we arrived. I had answered the usual “are you coming” email the previous day. Got there and then had to scramble for dinner before a show. Most disappointed because there is no way to reach customer service. I tried everything. Impossible. Your in a service business. Bad customer service
Unfortunately this restaurant is closed . We had reservations, had confirmed the reservations but arrived to an empty restaurant. Please update this on your reservation site.
In intensive service strange menu and mediocre quality food
We throughly enjoyed our lunch of delicious appetizers you get a lot for your money so we decided to stop at the appetizers! Cocktails were made to perfection the only downfall to the West Palm Beach location was construction of a building across the street we did choose to sit outdoors and decided it wasn't that bad at all! The service was spectacular! Make sure to stop in you certainly won't be disappointed my husband I will definitely go back when we return next year for vacation
I made a reservation for dinner at 6 pm and a request to sit outside in order to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday and made note of it in my reservation. When we arrived there were no tables available outdoors as happy hour was in full swing. However the hostess saw it was a birthday celebration and seated the two of us at a table in an out of the way area that I hoped didn’t turn into Siberia from a waiter’s attention. It was very evident that they were short of help. Our server tried her best but she was clearly being stretched. I was smart in ordering an appetizer and drinks for us as soon as she came over as I wasn’t sure when we would see her again. That was smart since 30 minutes later we got the drinks and app. At this time we thought we should order dinner because we didn’t want to risk another 30 minutes going by. I ordered the chicken Marsala and returned it as it was raw on the inside and cold. The Marsala sauce was already congealed and the glazed with a film. I have never sent a meal back in my life but I did tonight. Our server was understanding and took it off the bill. I didn’t want to order another meal so I just split my mom’s happy hour burger. I felt bad for my mom as I would have liked for her 90th birthday dinner to have been a better experience. And I was hoping that since the hostess noticed that we were celebrating her big birthday something like a dessert could have been sent. But I suppose the communication between the hostess and server was just not happening. It was a painful 2 hours to endure with the strain the restaurant was clearly under. I will certainly not be depending on Brio for any sort of special occasion. Our server tried her best but the restaurant needed a manager out there making up for the service.
