Arby's - West Palm Beach

Thanks for being so nice! Seriously, the woman on the car thru was really nice and even offered to add the liquid cheese to my sandwich after I ordered it and was in the window to pay because she could say that I wanted it, but was clustered in the window and not asked for it. I don't like the rolls they use for beef and cheddar. It's creepy to look into the picture, but that's it. Dive a fry in it, good to go thank you for ingenious

Last year, this special location has much better with its customer service, cleanliness of the building and waiting time for food. I often go here and I am now impressed by how much faster, more beautiful and cleaner they have become. The redesign of the facility definitely helped the entire situation.

This location is great. The staff is very friendly and always make my order right. The manager has a lot of respect for his customers . The new WAGU BURGERS are fire. This store should win an award and the reviews for this store should be much higher. I recommend this store and I am grateful that you know the customer service. Thanks JOSE for all your help correction of our order from the day before and make it right. I appreciate your professionalism and commitment to customer service.

I stopped yesterday afternoon. The food was delicious and the customer service was excellent! The restaurant was busy outside. The gentleman who worked the register seemed to be the manager. He welcomed everyone with a smile and a very welcoming attitude! Great job!

It’s fast food. It looks like a fast food restaurant. The table was really sticky. That being said I ordered a gyro. My expectations were not high. I was pleasantly surprised. The gyro was actually quite good! The price was great 2 for $6. One person can’t eat two but it will be great for lunch tomorrow. The man working the counter named Mark was VERY very nice. Which is also a pleasant surprise, you don’t find many nice people at fast food restaurants anymore.
