I commanded two when the first job was handed over to me, it was very sloppy and the ice was spilled over the sides, I said at this time it was going to pass the servier I kept the ice, I thought maybe the worker (with sunglasses at the night) needs to hold me while they grab a lid and serviette. I was totally wrong, the server gives me a lid and said here you go. I tried to put the lid properly, but no luck. I went on to use serviettes to clean the sides and my hands, it only made dinge work. Finally, the other worker (a little one) saw my situation overcome with the cup and the side cleaned for me and also my second order seized and did the same. this server deserves a 5-star rating. the server with sunglasses rings my order, never apologizes or wonders if there will be anything else, but he has instructed me that if I wanted to leave a tip? do not press the green button. (no one button fast enough.) very disappointed. getting an ice should always be a pleasant experience.
I have eaten from there several times through and they always get my order wrong. I pay for add-ons I never get. I don't understand how they don't seem to read what the timing says. I know they're busy and they can understand, but they're coming. a few seconds and make sure they send out what the person actually ordered. so finished with this place.
Would never be ordered here again. in 25 minutes later I went inside because on-line still said that my order was not ready to wait 8 people in line, 2 families went out because they were tired to wait. I went by the people and asked the one who hired me to be ready. he kept a reception with my name on it and said he was alone and said he had a line and I should wait. I said I can't wait and reimburse myself and he said I can't. so I went and called my credit card to cancel my order. unreal. if he was alone, they should turn off the on-order period!
I have an order by the cold stone app, which was confirmed by email at 6:58. the earliest time to pick up was at 19:30. I went to the store at 19:30, they said my order was not yet done and something was told about doordash. I don't know what this has to do with my order. I think they said there were a few Tordash commands before me. I sat in the load and waited for my order. many ppl (15 came in the line in the load her order and got her order and left. I say that to say the pick-up time does not play any role in this load, so it is better to get into the load instead of ordering through their cold stone app. I have my order at 20:13. their ice creams are great, but my experience in this load was terrible. it had other Doordash drivers to pick up their commands and it was one to argue with them back and forth. the driver complains about the time they take to make the order. I think they should hire more people and train them better. it had a very rude girl.
I decided I didn 't need ice-cream that bad. I went to use the rest room and dissociate it was locked. I asked the young lady if I could use the rest room. I was told they dint have a bathroom. I said the bathroom is right there. She said you can 't use it. I informed her of the sign in the door that said ... for customers only . Dripping with sarcasm she said you can 't use the rest room I am easily old enough to be her grandfather. There was no need to be rude and sarcastic. If they don 't have a customer restroom (which I believe is required by the health department) they should take the sign down. I felt myself getting angry and decided I better leave while I was able to smile versus allowing an escalation of emotions. Young people really have no respect for their elders.
