Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I am glad they finally have a DQ in town. The food is served hot. The sandwiches are assembled with care, not just slopped together. Everything is prepared as it should be. Excellent way to start a new business in town. Keep up the good work staff.

Awesome place, friendly and patient staff, great food. Seems clean. They don't have massive burger patties but they aren't tiny either. Bang for buck ration would be just above fair (7/10). Smoothies/shakes are pricey, but worth it. Staff was able to help guide me towards a peanut free option. Unbeknownst to me, some cones containing nuts are dipped into the chocolate contaminating the chocolate. Probably would have had a reaction in the car if it wasn't for their

Food was great. Staff however could use better training. But it was a young girl who took my order. You could tell she didnt want to be there. She took my order then threw away my reciept and disappeared in the back before i could say anything, she didnt get my cup for my soft drink. I had to ask the person who brought my food for my cup. He then had to verify i was owed a drink (totally understand this, he didnt take my order) also one item on my order was wrong. I

Service is usually always good. Good tastes great. Staff always friendly. Drive through is sometimes a challenge sure to how narrow in some spots the lane is.

The worst. I was so mad I didn't even ask for my money back. Three times going through drive thru I said no mayo, no sauce with mayo, I get home, mayo. Did you think I wouldn't drive back? Tossed it on the counter and told them to think about it. Mayo makes me feel sick. I've been disappointed at many places but never so insulted as to bother to write this kind of review. Will stick to the chipstands... they pay attention. Out $9, lesson learned.
