Wendy's - West Monroe

I go there after work daily for me a son of baconator for a snack and 4 small chocolate Frosties for the family.

It was slow to get food. The person at window very nice.

We stopped by to grab lunch and to enjoy some of those free frostys! The service was very friendly and helpful. When I went to the cashier to ask for my wife's missing drink, by the time I started talking she knew exactly what I was saying and got it herself. Liked the fact that she didn't start second guessing me and assuming I was wrong. Now the food was good and freshly made.

So it’s been a while since I stopped at a local Wendy’s, lots has changed first I wanna say their new queso burger is good I still want to add the queso fries are good as well. Their service was unbelievable I was in the line in the drive-through line for a total of five minutes my food came out hot. They gave me my food with a smile asked how my day was everybody seem like they had a great attitude this Wendy’s really impressed me. Thank you.

We usually don't eat fast food, but tonight we wanted to give the newly renovated Wendy's to Thomas Rd. an attempt, very pleasantly satisfied with the service, at this age, rough, slow NO service it was refreshing to see Wendy's set some people who know how to treat a customer. Let's go, boys and girls, you nailed it.
