West Milton OH no frappe machine! What I wanted the most!

If you have a choice, go to any other McDonald's. For almost a year now, this McDonald's staff service and attention to detail has been on a decline. They constantly forget parts of the orders, they make you pull forward even if no one is waiting inline behind you. They mess up drinks, they don't put cheese on filet of fish, they are constantly making minor mistakes, with no effort in correcting the issues. Even when the issues are brought to their attention they get all huffy and act as though you, the customers, are inconveniencing them, the service providers....2/10, been going for a while hoping they'd get their act together, but no such luck, we won't be back any time soon, and we recommend you don't give them your patronage either.
