Golden Bear Tavern - West Middlesex

Just had drinks today, nice place. Will return for more drinks and hopefully try their food.

I find it appalling that the Golden Bear, a local pub in Middlesex, refused service to anyone connected to the VFW. Our freedoms are due to the sacrifices of these veterans, and those who support them deserve to be treated with respect. I wish the locals would stand with them.

I just had an amazing meal at The Golden Bear Tavern! Their wings are absolutely delicious—meaty with a perfectly crispy skin! We also ordered onion rings and jalapeño poppers, one with cream cheese and one with cheddar cheese, and they were the best I've ever had! The Golden Bear definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it! Everything was under $45, which provided an early dinner for two of us, with plenty of leftovers for a snack during the Bills game!

A dimly lit tavern with a smoky atmosphere, offering decent beer but not much else. You'll need to have some drinks to really enjoy the food, although their wings are quite good.

Affordable beers, tasty food, and a jukebox. It's a bit smoky inside, and there are large flat-screen TVs above the bar. The bartender was quite skilled. I would definitely return!
