Bidrage med feedbackWorst service I've ever had in 38 years. They need to fire all their so called staff. Rude and horrible people. They messed up our order of two 1s instead of making it a full meal they decided to take the food back. All they had to do was give us another hash brown.
I ordered drive through in my app. I get to the parking lot, and most of it is roped off, including the drive-thru. Now, I had already paid in the app, and Burger King doesn 't refund orders if not picked up, so I had to go into the restaurant. There was NOBODY at the register, and I waited a few moments before I called out to see if I was going to get my order. Someone finally came out incredibly annoyed that she actually had to work. I told her that I had made an in-app order and gave my name. I also asked if the drive-through isn 't open, why was I able to place a drive-thru order there? She was beyond unapologetic, in fact quite rude. The whopper 's burger was luke warm, and it was doused in mayonnaise. The roll was stale, but the lettuce was fresh and crisp. If they had given me a receipt, I would have called the manager, but I am forced to resort to this. Nothing excuses rude and poor service. Avoid this BK. There 's one about half a mile away, also on Palm Bay Rd.
Awful service the manager just looks at you and walks away does not help or acknowledge you at all. Lowest grade service possible.
I just left the drive thru on Palm Bay Rd and received the wrong order. I ordered the classic Asiago chicken combo meal and a $5 biggie chicken sandwich meal. I received 2 $5 bacon burger meals. I tried to call back but there was no one to answer the phone. I paid $17.75 and those meals come up to $10.70.
With a brand new remodel, the restaurant is nice and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. The food tasted good. However, I went to use the bathroom and the men’s stall they have a handwashing sink, but there’s no paper towels you have to go outside of the stall into the general area of the restroom to dry your hands. I feel like there should be either paper towels or a hand dryer inside the men’s stall.
