They forgot to bring my child's order, which arrived 5 minutes after we had finished eating. Paying $14.90 for a burnt waffle on a plate that did not come with cinnamon sugar as described on the menu was disappointing. The restaurant offered to replace it with pancakes, but by then everyone else had finished eating and we no longer wanted to stay. We ended up having to pay for the burnt waffle that had hardly been touched. We will not be returning.

Today for lunch, my friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant. After he had been told that it was full table service and brought menus and water to us, no one came out to take our order. we could see how all the companions are standing together, laughing behind the counter and chatting. after almost 20 minutes waiting time we went up and ordered from the counter, all the workers were behind the counter. my Arancini balls came at least 15 minutes before my friends pancakes, and there were only 4 very small balls on a bed of rocket for almost $13. I didn't get any best, so I ate my spinat leaves and Argancini balls with my hands. just try to give some constructive criticism that has potential, but the personal must actually be a witness to their customers and the experience they offer.

I ordered coffee here 3 times because of its convenientness of my work and every time it was terrible! ice cream was a solid ice stone in a cup, obviously not properly mixed and my extra hot paprika taste like warm milk both. so worth the extra 10 minutes drive to crawl for decent coffee

Is regularly visited here and unfortunately this place has not yet improved. very dissatisfied that we were forgotten and our breakfast lasted almost an hour to arrive as the facility was not busy. Eating was in order, but nothing to write home. I could have done better.

Breakfast took long time to come to me. Coffee was awesome. When I got breakfast it was very basic for the price and NO cutlery at all to eat it. Not worth the $14.90 for that meal.
