Quick delivery chips were plentiful nice garlic chilli sauce nice but expensive pizza cold binned kebab didn’t like how the lamb was cooked came in chunks as opposed to slices also binned £20 down the drain first and last unfortunately

I ordered through the app and waited for over an hour and have an order conformation email. I was then phoned and told they won’t be delivering my meal (after I waiting an HOUR) and told there wasn’t anything they could do. Shocking that there was nothing offered to us and that they made no attempt to fix or compensate for their error. Clearly need to fix their system as nothing at all came up when I ordered to say they won’t deliver to my area nor did anyone notice until over an hour later!

The customer service here is awful. I ordered a meal a few months back which was incorrect, when I phoned up the girl was first of all nice but when I asked for them to send out the correct meal and after speaking to her manager her tone changed. After receiving my new order I received a call from the restaurants manager being rude to me for asking them to correct their mistake and accused me of ‘tampering with the meal’. I thought this was an isolated incident but I tried ordering tonight. They cancelled my order when it came through and lied and said they hadn’t. I have now been charged and haven’t been issued a refund. Unfortunately the food from here is always really nice but the managers attitude really isn’t worth it. I’d avoid.

Never had a bad experience from here and is definitely the best chippy in west lothian , so fresh never any reheats or bad dinners they always make sure its to scratch and always arrives hot and fast which is a bonus wont go anywhere else now

Ordered our food using their own app and the food was just finished being cooked and started being boxed at the collection time. Take away pizza much better than any of the chains. Just had the Italian Calzone and it was one of the best that I've every had fantastic! My other family members each had their own pizza and they also enjoyed them the key measure : there wasnt a morsel left at the end.
