Tony's - West Lothian

Best fish chips we ever had ! They are using oil instead of fat so fish is really delicious ????Staff is always friendly ???? Highly recommend!

Been sick. right after I eaten from here tonight. been told all the. food get cooked in the same oil. and didn't feel right after it and my girlfriend was sick was okay when eaten it but after.

Food freezing rude staff and cant handle criticism refuse to send u fresh food disgusting place

I was extremely disappointed with the service at Tony's tonight. While I have received excellent service in the past, there has been a noticeable decline in recent months. After waiting over an hour for our delivery, we called to inquire about our order and were met with a rude and dismissive response. We were told that they were busy and that our order would be sent out in the next half hour. It was a Monday night and we only ordered 2 suppers, so waiting almost 2 hours without an apology was unacceptable. I doubt we will be ordering from Tony's again after this poor showing.

After waiting over an hour (and cancelling) for a Chinese delivery which hadn't been cooked when i called for an update, we decided to try Tony's for fish suppers. The staff were focused rather than friendly but not unpleasant. Overall, we were happy with our suppers which included other items as well as fish. The only criticism was the food could've been hotter. The sausages in the supper were a little greasy due to them not being hot and to a slightly lesser degree, the chips were similarly spoilt. However, the food was still nice in eating so we were quite happy with our meals. we haven't tried suppers from anywhere else in the area so am unable to compare with any other takeaway's.
