Pizza Hut - West Lothian

We entered this restaurant feeling cold from the night air. We brought in desserts from another place and were asked to eat them outside. After consuming our treats, we went back inside and ordered halloumi fries, but they were not ready before our bus arrived. We rushed to catch the bus and saw the man who took our order waving at us from the window, urging us to come back. Sadly, we couldn't, but his dedication will always be remembered. If there is a divine presence on Earth, it must be in that Pizza Hut in Bathgate. Time to head home!

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious and highly recommended. The crust is great and the toppings are delicious. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and quickly completed my order. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to treat the kids. The chicken wings were cooked well and tasted good. The nachos were fantastic. The only downside was that the pizza was lacking in cheese.

My wife called in an order for a couple of pizzas, but as soon as we opened the box, we could tell that it wasn't from our usual Pizza Hut in Ladywell Livingston. Instead, it was from the poorly managed Bathgate location. This is the second time we've made this mistake and it definitely won't happen again. It's baffling how two Pizza Huts so close to each other can have such a stark difference in quality. Bathgate is definitely dropping the ball.

Ordered from here and was told our food would be fast as we were the only customers now i understand why pizza came and wasn’t fresh at all chicken weird and hard, sweetcorn and onion burnt to a crisp REALLY you had one job and couldn’t even do it. Will not be back.

The chicken wings were awfull think theyd been in a micro wave , they were pale and tasted odd. nachos were ok . the pizza had nice toppings but where was the cheese .. must be a shortage all in all not cheap but pretty poor . I wont bother again
