Bidrage med feedbackI had an absolutely shocking experience at this restaurant! I waited almost two hours for my delivery, and when I asked for a refund, the manager refused. The manager even admitted that my order had been sitting in the car for 35 minutes, including my ice cream.
The food is mediocre when it finally arrives and if they have it in stock. Unfortunately, this is the fifth time we have ordered from this restaurant, and just like the previous five times, we received a call an hour after paying to be told that the items we ordered are not available and asked to choose something else. Then we had to wait another 50 minutes for our delivery. This has become a regular occurrence for us. If you are ordering for the first time, it's best to lower your expectations in order to avoid disappointment.
The restaurant hired employees who do not have a good understanding of basic English. My daughter and the staff member had trouble communicating, resulting in her receiving the wrong order of 2 banoffee waffles instead of the 2 buenos waffles she asked for. Despite being told that they would exchange the order, they refused to do so as it was printed on the receipt. This reflects poorly on the restaurant's business management for hiring staff who cannot effectively communicate in English and then blaming the error on a child.

Everything was great! Part of our order was forgotten via delivery but they had realised before we even did and got it delivered 10 mins later. Great service, definitely recommend, the waffles and milkshakes were amazing!
