Kfc - West Lancashire

On Sunday 13th November 2022, I visited this restaurant around 7pm in the evening and I had to say this restaurant is shocking. I ordered my food and drinks at the counter and the prices are joke. Once I got my food from the counter, I was eating my food at the table and the fillet burger wasn't cooked properly and it was cold too. I was absolutely fuming and disgusted! Overall, I highly don't recommend this restaurant to anyone because the staff are rude, snotty and all they care about is money. Once they have your money they are not interested about customer concerns and half of your staff need to work on their attitude especially speaking to customers badly. If the staff can't speak to customers with respect, maybe they shouldn't be in customer service job. It doesn't cost nothing to be polite. It's not that hard! Sort your staff out and half the staff need to work on their attitude. Rant over!

After a busy day at hospital, decided to call in rather cook after the long day, stopped visiting as last time the food was raw and staff couldn’t be bothered to answer my complaint, anyways decided to try again, ordered via in store electronic order machines, my number called and then again and then again within 5 seconds in ever increasingly louder tones. Food bag thrown at me, drove home and sat down for tea. One meal opened up… wrong meal !!! Second meal opened and a very poor attempt to make something which wasn’t on any menu, or that i ordered??? Tasted awful. I can understand stores running out of ingredient’s especially when busy, but to not let the customer know or to let him choose something different, just let him drive home to sit down and then find out what he had paid for was wrong and ****. After a short while KFC forwarded me a £20 voucher which i spent at the Ince store as Skelmersdale and Pemberton are terrible, the meal we got from Ince was spot on and beautiful moist chicken the way it should be, so goes to show it can be achieved

What can I say ordered from here quite often every time there is always something missing and it’s quite expensive now the last time I went was last week 1 meal ordered with gravy I get home and there is no chips ! I can’t work out if they are just thick or can’t read won’t ever be going back.

Ordered from the drivethru 8 piece boneless box with 2 large gravy,and 4 random sides,got home only to find the gravy had miraculous turned into coleslaw,and the 4 sides had magically disappeared,The place is run by school leavers,I don't blame them they probably got 10 mins of training,but being the cheapest form if labour in the land they are all kfc are going to employ,I will never go there again

Was travelling home and though we would pop in for a quick bite to eat rather than cook when we got home, Since there was a long drive through queue we decided to eat in, that was a huge mistake. The store was dirty with tables not being cleaned after other customers had left, Our order vanished from the screen and it took a member of staff a few mins to find it. was speaking to one guy who had been waiting 25 mins for an order as they were more focused on drive through and ubereats orders (ubereats driver literally pushed to front of waiting queue and wanted to know if the order was ready) rather than dealing with the several customers in store. The staff were more focused on bickering amongst themselves than actually serving customers, and when the food eventually arrived it was no way near the standard of other KFC's we have visited. Not going to be going back anytime soon
