The Egg I Restaurants - West Knoxville

We were so disappointed to find signs on the door today stating they have permanently closed. We were just there last Wednesday. Loved going there a couple times a week with my husband. Food never disappointed

Great place! The one at 5018 Kingston Pike is PERMANENTLY closed however! Officially closed June 30!

If you come here hungry, you’ll leave here happy. I walked in craving pancakes and walked out wondering when my next trip to Knoxville is. We will definitely be back.

Their omelettes and hash are fantastic! Staff is not the most welcoming yet they do a solid job

Wow only got to go one time on our visit to Knoxville will definitely make time to go back again the best breakfast we've ever had.! Everything we had was delicious I don't know where they get their bacon from but it's the best bacon I've ever had pancakes and waffles I can't even tell you when I've had something so delicious great service great Ambiance clean fresh what a great place breakfast is wonderful can't wait to try their lunch.
