Non stop friendly fast service and great tea. I've been going here for so long now, finished a stamp card. I will always love this place.

The bubble tea was amazing. The staff was friendly and provided recommendations when asked. There is a generous punch card promo. Thursdays is trivia night at Hey Bear. It is totally free to participate in and fun for people (like me) who aren't trivia people. My friends and I are going back together to get some great bubble tea and lose at Trivia!

I love coming here with friends! Really cool markets in the park area and the best Boba in Knoxville. Plus, there's usually food trucks outside if you're lookin for more than a drink. Great hang out spot

I have had boba all over the southeast and thought I’d found the best, until I tried Hey Bear. The honeydew latte and the #2 are delicious. Doesn’t matter what you try, it’s all very good. Nice park out back to sit and enjoy some music with your family/friends/pets and some delicious food from whatever food truck is scheduled that day. They host a variety of events including local artists/shop-owners. 5 stars!
