Captain D's - West Knoxville

I ordered and didn’t get what I ordered and was charged for. I ordered 4 pc fish with a Baked Potato and broccoli and added 5 pc of butterfly shrimp. I got 3 pc of Fish which was burnt and cold and no baked potato and no shrimp I paid $8 extra for items I never got and when I called back to speak to a manager she was rude and told me there’s was nothing she could do. We didn't have Captain D's where we live, do this was a treat!

This is the 2nd time I placed an order and it wasn't right and was charged the first time was charged for an order of fries never got them and this time I ordered 3 of the 15 PC shrimp 2 with coleslaw and fries and 1 with corn on the cob and fries got home all 3 orders were the same NO CORN tried to call them and they don't answer the phone. NOT HAPPY.

Love the spicy fish sandwich and they didn't skimp on my fries.

Went there last evening and out of 3 sides the cook and order taker would holler is it closing time and it only 6:30. Very, Very rude and the food was SLAPPED in the plate and was VERY JUNK. DON’T waste your money!!! This place is A TRASH WHOLE
