Pizza Hut - West Kelowna

I ordered by skip the dishes and received the pizza without thermo bag, cold and a few minutes different from the gps planned cover of delivery. pizza hat has credited me for 1/2 the worth of pizza, unacceptable. I will not use this restaurant...again, neither in their shop nor for the cash.

We had a pickup, telephone to ask for additional sauce on two pizzas. sauce was barely visible and even less tasty. toppings were not generous at all. guessing they get what they pay because we used a value offer. stay with papa john’s! However, the service girl at the switch was very efficient and pleasant!

The chicken alfredo pizza had 6 small pieces of chicken spread out over 8 slices. Can you spot it in the picture? There's a piece right there!

Order them from pizza hat . great offers every day of the week. order them online and it is always hot and wait for them if they there. would recommend if they feed a large family to affordable trips.

I had ordered a pizza online using their website. After retrieving my old login information, I placed an order and received a confirmation stating a delivery time. Because the website order didn’t allow me to make any customizations to my order, I immediately called the...store and asked for a customization. I could hear the manager in the background coaching the young girl on the phone on how to respond. She stated that the pizza was already made and couldn’t be altered (on my web order 45 seconds ago? . In frustration, I hung up and chose to get it as is. The delivery time came and went. 40 minutes after the delivery time, I called the store and spoke with the manager. He stated he was short on delivery drivers but would contact the driver and call me back in 2 minutes. I never received that call and 25 minutes later (over 1 hour after the original suggested delivery time the pizza arrived. IT WAS COLD! So, I had to warm up the oven and reheat my pizza. I called and complained to the same manager who offered nothing other than excuses. One of them was ‘we shouldn’t really be even delivering.’ It was 7 pm!!! The pizza was severely under-sauced so we added some canned pizza sauce to help. I had grown up eating Pizza Hut pizza all the time and always loved it. That being said, I will NEVER, EVER order from the West Kelowna location ever again. Never have I been so frustrated with a restaurant experience and a manager’s lack of empathy, unwillingness to acknowledge any issue or offer a simple gesture to accommodate my concerns.
