Cherry Pit - West Kelowna

On my bucket list! I am all about visiting places, restaurants, and what not, that I’ve seen in movies.. It’s always 50-50. A lot of times it is a change name or old building they use, but every once in a while, the place that’s in the movie, is an actual place and I just love that.Also the name is awesome! I love restaurants like this.. I have no doubt that the food is delicious Oh! As seen in the movie, “The Christmas Retreat”

This is my favourite place in Kelowna/west Kelowna for a good, reasonable priced breakfast. The food is always good, the service is amazing with great staff and there are many options depending on how hungry you are. Highly

Wonderful place to stop and rest, eat and enjoy. They have amazing pies, and the breakfast is simply excellent. Old fashion diner, consistent and excellent service. If ever in West Kelowna, do not miss out. Oh, and you can order whole pies to pick up also!!

This was my first time here, While the breakfast was great, had a very strange serving experience. My breakfast partner ordered crispy bacon and I said I wanted normal bacon not crispy, so she brought our plates out and as she was putting mine down she said “is that bacon too crispy” as it obviously was, I said “yes” and she said she would get some more. Then as I started to put ketchup on my hashbrowns she reached under my arm and with her fingers that were sporting some nasty long fake nails picked the bacon off my plate. I was shocked, I have never experienced anything like this. I said to her “Um I would have done that” and she said “oh I just touched the bacon” I said “ still that’s really weird” she just kind of mumbled and left. Never seen anything like this

Driving through town.... saw the sign and came in. Fast service, coffee Bam, water, juice!!! The menu is simple and the food is outstanding!!! Florentine Benny, and the Swiss Ham omelet was fantastic!! Everything is at the table. Awesome hospitality!!!Hungry? Stop here.
