Subway - West Jordan

I wasn't able to check on the subway site as I threw my receipt away. I really hope someone in management sees this. I came to a really busy shop today and was served by a man named Xavier. He had a brand new employee and only him there with a really long line of customers. However, he was calm and efficient, training, while still supporting professionalism and speed customers. I noticed that he taught his coach about cleanliness and accuracy when ordering. He also apologised to every customer about the waiting that I was extremely impressed by his grace and courtesy. Whatever small amount you guys pay is not enough. It deserves an increase or at least consideration of the promotion

I was in a few subways in Salt Lake and L.A. and they all seem the same. Either the workers are normal people, just do their job or, they don't want to be there and they hate you to show up when it's slow. Today I went to this subway after picking up a suit next door. After I had never been there, I accidentally came in while they went over their quarterly result. I heard they doubled their sales of 6 months before and I could see why. I was supported by Xavier, who welcomed me with a brief friendly conversation. He took no more time he needed to chat with me while he made my sandwich and also gave recommendations for my sandwich as he worked! I asked if he was the manager and he just answered, I just want the food to taste good and help people find new things they will enjoy. These are the words of quality and customer service on it's top right there! I ate the best tasting and the most unique meatball Sub I've ever had, simply because Xavier really likes his job and uses his experience to make me a sandwich I never had before.

Absolutely amazing staff! Unbelievable sandwich artists! Cory was the best! He was friendly, funny and made the most amazing wrap I've ever seen someone on a subway! Definitely the best place to visit!
