Starbucks - West Jordan

This location pretty consistently gets my order right and is usually pretty good. There have been a few times when the drink was gross for some reason but it’s usually good. I always order on the app but if you do need something it’s pretty difficult to get someone’s attention.

Complete garbage. Asked for a venti and got a grande. Bad attitudes to go along with it when you tell them the order is wrong. Take your business elsewhere.

Daniela works at this location. She is so nice, and so compassionate with her customers. Best customer service ever!

I'm not going to go into specific details because it is a long story and was something so minor and a complete miscommunication but the way this lady acted towards me was insane. The older lady that works in the mornings with blonde hair and that fake, rude a smile that she keeps plastered to her face is going to cause you all to lose a lot of customers. Very friendly establishment the employee are very professional they give u pet treats I would recommend to anyone looking for fresh coffee or Fraps and good breakfast
