Chili's Grill - West Jordan

Very undercooked missing everything aside from the quesadillas. It happens almost every time we order here. There apos;s either something missing or the entire meal is awful, made very messy or cold. I apos;m disappointed because we love Chili apos;s!

Jasmine you are amazing! We all know how frustrating it is to talk to someone who doesn’t listen. Jasmine definitely cares and listens to the littlest details to make sure everything is correct. The cooks have done an amazing job as well. I give the teamfive stars for the great customer service and the amazing fajitas! This is after my continuous experiences at this location.Thanks again to the great team.

Me and my family wanted to have a cute and fun Monday lunch so we went to chili’s. As we got into the restaurant there was already a long wait, we sat on the hard benches for about 30 minutes. Once we sat down it was smooth, we ordered our apps. andthey were quick and quite good I might add, I had ordered the bacon ranch burger but once everyone’s food came I took a lookat mine and it wasn’t the food I had ordered so I sent it back and once the waitress came back with the right food it wasn’tgiving what it was supposed to give. Also I was looking at what to order I had taken a look at the prices and in my opinion theywere overprice for their mid level food. I would eat there again but not get the bacon ranch burger.

However, there was a downside: they don’t offer complimentary birthday desserts. You have to sign up for their rewards program, which takes a few weeks to activate. When we arrived, our server encouraged us to sign up, assuring us that we would receive the reward immediately, but that turned out not to be the case. We ended up being charged $8.99 each for desserts, since we were celebrating two birthdays. After explaining the situation to the manager, they made it right for us. Additionally, I found it odd that they ran out of salsa for the chips and salsa. Overall, it was a good experience, but there were a few hiccups to note.

I went to the Chili's restaurant in West Jordan to celebrate my birthday a bit early with my family. When I discovered that my meal wasn't what I had anticipated, the manager went above and beyond to make things right by bringing me a new dish. He truly went out of his way to ensure my family and I were happy! What a fantastic guy! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the management was outstanding! It's been a long time since I've been treated like royalty at a restaurant! It made my whole family feel really special. I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be coming back!
