Dunkin' - West Haven

Parking lot is a nightmare. Worse still was the service. I went inside. Ordered a coffee and some food. Got my coffee. Stood there for upwards of 5 minutes while everyone who ordered after me got their beverages and food. A young man behind the counterasked if I had received my food. I explained I had not. He spent several minutes looking for it. Found it... a young lady working was holding my bag of food, and had been the entire time while she was screwing around and chatting with hercoworkers. By the time I got my food, it was cold. How hard is it to put the bag of food on the counter, literally 3 feet fromwhere you're standing around chatting loudly about your personal issues? There were like 8 people behind the counter and onlyabout 4 or 5 were actually working.

The journey through here is the worst I have ever experienced. they will always stay away! There are others close.

You have to tell them that your order is slow and she asks to repeat it because they don't listen?

I liked it better than they had styrofoam cups and this place has become so expensive. so a shame

It took so long to get our food in the DRIVE THROUGH. We asked for 2 bagels with STRAWBERRY cream cheese and a strawberry frosted donut they didn?t have any so I asked for a vanilla frosted they didn?t have any so I asked for a glazed. When we got to the window he said there was no glazed donuts (even though the lady said they did) so we just got the bagels, when we FINALLY got the stuff the order was wrong so we went back and I asked for the change and she told me that they gave us the last plain bagels so I just asked for my money back. I?ve never been to a Dunkin Donuts that doesn?t have donuts or plain bagels. Very upset that my time was wasted.
