Wayback Burgers - West Hartford

The food was delicious the burger was nice and juicy I had classic cheeseburger it was so delicious.fast service and restaurant clean and organized!!!

The food was good. I had the classic burger, cheese fries and a soda for just under $20. The quality and quantity of the food was spot on. The problem I had was every inch of the restaurant is dirty. The counters had partially made sandwiches on them for to go orders, I watched them sit out on the counter unwrapped for 5-10 minutes. The drink station appeared to have has a drink spilled on it so long ago it had dried up and looked like tea. The food prep areas appear to be stretched apart making the team sling food from all over. Four guys maned the register and food prep. Two had plastic gloves on, two did not. All were preparing food, some times taking money then turning around to drop fries or make a shake. I wanted a shake but the preparation area was just too filthy for me to chance after seeing the left overs already in the metal shake cups. The dining area actually the entire restaurant floors and every table or counter top was dirty. When I left my clothing was so filled with smoke from the grill and fries.
