The Cheesecake Factory - West Hartford

I loved the atmosphere and outdoor seating area ????! The section of food is grand, even a menu for those looking to watch their figures: the skinny ... menu ???? but some of the plates portions are a bit skimpy side like in the plate I had it was full ofpasta???????? with 5 slivers of chicken breast, some sprinkles of bacon, and few mushrooms. Next time I will ask for moretoppings????. But the price was good for what we had: 2 appz., 3 entrées, and 3 cheesecakes $130.

Cheesecake factory, oh how I used to crave coming to you, for now I 'd rather try one of the many other places around you. Your food has dropped in terms of quality, besides the avocado rolls, those things are delicious. I would give 3 stars, but yourwaiters and cooks are extremely friendly and nice. You guys were out of everything I was trying to order, so you made a customdish for me. Your cheesecakes are still spot on though, no complaints there. But man, even the skinny menu is FAT incalories

We went on a Sunday. We were lucky we were able to find a close metered parking. But since it?s Sunday, parking was free. We waited 25 mins to be seated but we didn?t mind because the interior design is so beautiful and made it an interesting wait justscanning the place. The cheesecake display is mouth-watering. Almost 30 mins wait for our meal. So don?t come here if you?rein a hurry. Food was delicious. Prices are reasonable. The staff has excellent customer service.

The pictures do not do the food justice. The 40 minute wait to sit down was worth it. Plus we just stopped at Barnes and Noble across the street. I was lucky enough to find a few books to buy. We sat down; the dim lights and clinking of dishes to welcomeus. Our waitstaff brought us the bread basket (the real reason I went out to eat. Lol) and took our order. The appetizer of thecauliflower bites filled us up so much we barely had room for dinner. Our food came out quickly and we ate a few bites beforepacking it up and ordering cheesecake to go. It is pretty pricey but the portions are huge and it's worth it.

This was my first visit and I was not impressed at all. The visit started with a 50 minute wait to get seated. Then an additional to get our food once the order was placed. They served my girlfriend a plate of rice that was so hard I almostchipped a tooth. The adult beverages that were made for us did taste very good. The food itself was not so great and definitelyover priced. I don?t see myself returning anytime soon.
