Max Burger Ct - West Hartford

For lunch a few days ago, I stopped by Max Burger. Max Burger is a popular burger joint in West Hartford, CT, and Longmeadow, MA. Max Burger is part of the Max group of restaurants like Max Fish and Max Downtown. I went to the West Hartford location. They offer freshly made burgers, sandwiches, and more! What I decided to order was the buffalo chicken mac and cheese, and I loved it! The chicken was mildly spicy and crispy. Although there was a wee bit too much blue cheese for my taste, it did help to tone down the heat. I would strongly advise going to a Max Burger if you're ever around the area.

Wonderful experience. We were seated promptly, our waitress was attentive, the food came out quickly, and the burger was delicious. This is my favorite burger in CT since moving back a year and change ago.I got the classic burger, cooked perfectly. My wife and I have learned over the years to order our burgers cooked one level lower than we want, since they are usually overlooked. The waitress advised us to order what we actually wanted, and the burgers were cooked perfectly. The fries were delicious.We also ordered the loaded tater tots as an appetizer. They were fried wonderfully, and the jalapeño sauce was delicious.Parking: The parking lot is pretty small, we were lucky to find a spot. Be prepared to exercise patience when finding a spot.

Amazing burgers but for vegetarians the cib salad is fantastic. As is the wait staff

Excellent hamburgers! Service was great. Just a little noisy with the background music. Aside from that, great place. We'll be back!

Max’s was great. A casual, but not fast casual burger joint, but elevated. We went on a quiet Friday afternoon instead of the bar, and the bartender was great and attentive. She introduced me to a new drink with a twist. Basically it was their avocado margarita, and it was fantastic. She was able to customize it and make it spicyWe had the chicken sandwich (spicy mutherclucker) and the steakhouse burger. Both were fantastic. Definitely come with an appetite because these flavors will satisfy.I hope to return and test out the consistency and quality and service. They do have meatloaf on the menu which I’m looking forward to trying next time.
