Bruegger's Bagels - West Hartford

I won't go to any other bagel place. I had a complex order and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. The staff is always friendly. They have gained a loyal customer in me! Plus, the bagels are delicious!

Yesterday, I visited the restaurant to buy a dozen sesame bagels. Unfortunately, they were sold out at that moment. However, the staff kindly suggested that I come back in 20 minutes and they would bake some fresh ones for me. I returned as advised and received the best bunch of bagels I have ever tasted. They were perfectly shaped and baked, and they had a delicious flavor as well. I want to thank the staff for their excellent, friendly service and for the yummy bagels.

Very rude cash, didn't even let me speak before I called that my order was right in front of me when it wasn't even what I wanted to ask. I just wanted to ask a part of my order that I did not receive, went on to help me and told me to wait in the line. not even good eating, better employees thanap also have to face other customers and not deal well with printing, they don't work on this place if they are not cut out for them. bagels the worst, worst service I've ever had, very insulted. have never written an evaluation, but this experience made me go through lengths to write one.
