Wow, supposed to go out of state for Thanksgiving, but after weather changes we were forced to cancel out of state plans and ended up scrambling for ideas for dinner. Since there was no time to thaw a Turkey I selected a 19 lb. Valley Maid Smoked Ham. We smoked this ham on our Traeger grill in apple cider, pineapple juice and basted it in brown sugar. Hands down the best ham we've ever had! Thank you for making our Thanksgiving a memorable one
