Domino's Pizza - West Fargo

I don?t know about you, but I like my Alfredo non oily and with sauce. I have ordered from this location almost 1x every two weeks over a year and I ALWAYS order the same pasta, I?m disgusted by this. This week alone I have had 2 issues with this store. Update: the manager (Lance) I spoke with stated they would issue a refund and never did. I am not only out what was supposed to be my dinner but $40 as well. I am beyond upset about this. As someone who worked at a pizza place these actions and inedible food is not okay. The manager stated someone in training made the food but no one else was near the trainee nor checked my food. That?s not how training works.

Delivery of a Brooklyn style pizza. First pizza came without pepperoni after I ordered extra pepperoni. Called, Domino?s said they would send a second pizza which they did, without pepperoni also. It also looked like the delivery guy slammed it up against the door as the pizza was all askew in the box with toppings and cheese on the lid. I will never order Domino?s ever again. I?m a 16 year customer of that Domino?s and I believe it was all deliberate. The receipt photo is also included to show I ordered the extra pepperoni. Whatever those people get paid, it?s too much.

I wish I could give negative stars. We waited and waited and waited. After about 1 1/2 hours, I called and they said the pizza had not even came out of the oven or been on a vehicle to deliver. They said it would be another 20-30 minutes. Why am I paying for all these delivery fees and everything like that to wait two hours to get this kind of service? If this thing is cold when I finally get it, if I don?t die of old age first, I?m going to go full blown Karen mode on these people. 1 out of 5 star(it tastes decent), buyer beware. Fix yourself DomiNotGoodService.

Always good pizza when we get it here. Usually cheap, unless inflation has made prices go up, haven't ordered in a little bit. I have only order delivery, and pizza always gets here fast. Worker who delivers it is usually the same one, and he is very nice. Always well made, nice employees, and and speed.

I usually don't like leaving reviews that aren't good and usually don't take the time to because most of the time it's not the person's fault/not everything can be perfect. But I was a little disappointed this time due to the fact that I had to correct the woman on the phone 5 different times about a half and half pizza. She clearly was not understanding but continued to interrupt me when I kept trying to explain the order. The pizza still showed up incorrectly. The pizza was still hot and is still good but the person I am with cannot enjoy it due to the pizza being messed up. The woman on the phone sounded very annoyed and was very hard to talk to. I most likely will be avoiding this location because of the customer service. Sorry!
