Terrible place. So rude! Will never go again, food was disgusting and gave me the wrong order and REFUSED to refund me. DO NOT eat from here

Awful service and attitude. Ordered meal on their App and was sent a email confirming the order that would be ready asap. Went to collect later and they denied all knowledge of the order despite me showing them the confirmation. Then stated it would be ready in 20min. 40min later it was then brought to the counter and when i complained about the service I was told if I didn’t like it to go elsewhere. ABSOLUTELY disgusting service and attitude. To top it all had to rush to the toilet when i woke up!!

I reviewed this last night on Christmas Eve about a mistake on my order on which I only received half my food. This afternoon though the shops manager personally called the house with an apology and offered a free meal to compensate for the mistake. I want to thank you for him for this and as I said in my original review that I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and I fully accept his apology as I think this is exceptional customer service by him. The food from here is always good as is usually the service one bad experience for myself shouldn’t spoil my view of this business and God willing I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

Got a portion of chips on my break from work, even though the guys were nice and attentive, most of the chips were frozen in the middle. Really disappointed

We order from here often and although there burgers are amazing but tonight I ordered 3 cheeseburger meals and cokes the chips were frozen and the burger was a mess I would say this is going to be the last time we order from here we ordered this at 11:36 pm and received it at 1:09 am
