Red Lobster West Des Moines

I used open tables to put me on the waiting list. When I arrived at 6:20, I was told that there were 15 parties before me and that there were about 45 minutes. After an hour, I checked and it was told that 11 people were in front of me and that I checked in at 6:45. (What I checked in at 6:20 p.m.) In total we waited 1 hour 45 minutes to sit and the hostess was very rude.

The server was not friendly at all and the service was slow. The restaurant was not very busy. The salad used to come with the entree for $2.99, but now costs $4.99. The overall experience was disappointing and it seems like Red Lobster has changed for the worse. Additionally, there was confusion with our reservation through OpenTable, as we were dining in the restaurant at the scheduled time.

We were seated promptly and received excellent service, but the check took longer than expected.

Went to Red Lobster for lunch and had to wait 15-20min. They weren't busy but had limited staff. Still no garden salads. Food was very good..

We used the OpenTable app to make a reservation at the restaurant and arrived on time, but still ended up waiting for an hour. It didn't seem to make much of a difference.
