Pho Shobu - West Des Moines

Amazing! Very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Excellent service and food. My fist experience with Pho and I'm a huge fan! Very tasty with a depth of layered flavors. We also enjoyed the Caterpillar Roll, which looks like a caterpillar and Star Roll. Everything was very fresh and delicious! Will definitely come back!

I absolutely love coming here. The atmosphere is enjoyable and the servers are always on top of it and willing to communicate well. The flavors and aroma make the food delicious, which makes me eager to come more often. Definitely recommend trying Phoshobu.

The service was great, fast and friendly. The spring rolls were excellent and then pho was good but the broth was a little sweet. Overall, great place for lunch and I’d like to try their Banh Mi or some of their other noodle dishes.

Decent pho. The pho here is a bit on the sweet side. Not a very balanced broth. Lots of meat in the large portion. Even with the half portion of noodles you get half a bowl or more of noodles. That’s too much imo. Water tastes terrible here. Overall decent experience. Service was good.

Delicious and at a great price! Service was fast and they are very friendly. I ordered a Pho special and it was delicious. The Pork Bahn Mi and the spring rolls were really good as well. For drinks we had some Thai Ice teas which they offer tapioca if you want as an addition, they were better than most that I've had. I would definitely come back for more. This restaurant is nice and clean unlike some of the pho restaurants in town.
