My food came out raw in the center and partially frozen

We recently visited for our wedding anniversary. My husband (who doesn’t like seafood) had never been and I had not been for a few years. Our waitress was great, helpful and very friendly. Our food was AMAZING! I had the cedar salmon with clams and my husband ordered a streak. We were both extremely impressed with our meals and will definitely be back again!

Lets start by saying that I drove 2 hours to go there. We ordered 3 steam pots and they came without ANY seasoning at all when we ordered with garlic season. Not one of them but ALL of them. As part of the order we added some lobster tails that someone forgot, either the waiter or in the kitchen so they arrived 15 minutes after the food was in the table. We requested to talk to the Manager about it and he came to the table and what he said was totally non-sense. Because we complain, the waiter decided to not to come back to our table, so no more service. We asked for a split check, and guess what, they didn't do it either. The experience was AWFUL. And after all that I got to drive 2 more hours back home. Totally waste of a Saturday.

They had no reservations from Open Table. Somewhere between making Reservations on February 1st and dinner on the 12th the reservation was lost. Was not seated for quite some time.
