Bidrage med feedbackAnytime I do a road trip I stop for BBQ. I picked this place on a whim and holy smokes was it some good Q. Easily top three BBQ I've ever had. You may not love Texas style brisket but my serving was competition grade quality. The portions for what I ordered were substantial and the sides were delicious. I was told by someone on line that it was the first day in their new building. I believe they made extra food for this reason which was lucky because traffic was bad and I was late getting there. Because it's so good you're going to have to expect to wait in line for at least an hour or more. I guarantee it will be worth the wait.
Cant speak about the food, I’m sure it’s great, but we did reach out about having them come to an event and we were left on read. A “no thank you” would have been totally acceptable and professional.
We tried city limits for the first time at their location right off number one. We heard their menu changes weekly and so we decided on a brisket burger and a pulled pork sandwich. The brisket burger was superb as it was seasoned perfectly, cooked to a juicy medium/medium rare and had a slight crust from the grilling. The chili on top was delicious and worked well with the burger with just the right amount of cheese. Then the pulled pork sandwich. Very tasty and generously loaded. The NC style pork was very tasty and if I had to say something then I would say it could have used a tat more smoke. The jalapeño slaw was mild and for me it could have packed a lil bit more fire. All in all outstanding bbq worth another visit soon. It is slightly pricey with a burger running up to $15. That means if you take your family and add sides and drinks you pay restaurant prices in an very basic outdoor pick nick table setting. Nevertheless if you love bbq you won't mind the money and you likely won't be disappointed. We"l visit again soon in brisket or rib week hopefully!
Amazing food and amazing atmosphere!! Service was top notch! A definite must do when visiting Fort Jackson
100% the best BBQ in the Columbia area! The pictures speak for themselves and EVERYTHING IS INCREDIBLE. Beef rib is some of the best I have ever had and the Alabama white sauce is my fav. Don't even get me started on the homemade pickles that you can order a pint of.
